The Dr. Rezaul Karim Folk and Heritage Museum is being constructed in Purba Shyampur village under Melandaha Upazila of Jamalpur District as a significant cultural and historical institution. With an estimated cost of approximately $425,000, the museum is being established through the personal generosity and visionary initiative of Dr. Rezaul Karim and his wife, Dr. Raquiba (Jooma) Karim.
This institution is not merely a physical structure; rather, it is envisioned as a center of enlightenment dedicated to preserving, protecting, and promoting the rich heritage, traditions, and cultural identity of the Bengali nation for present and future generations.
